While my fav classes are those that are more dynamic with conditioning, like stretch with felicity, this is one of my fav classes now to relax, esp when I'm feeling bunched up after a workout yesterday. I also felt anxious and this has helped me tremendously today to calm my thoughts. Also I think I will be using it when I'm feeling lazy and know my body feels locked up for release. Thank you Felicity!
