I competed at exotic generation Mexico on the weekend!❤️🙏✨was so much fun! I hadn’t competed in a long time and this time I fel my less stress and more enjoyment. I won the set at inspiration award in the stars catagory 🏆⭐️debating whether to keep competing again 🤔

We just arrived yesterday! The weather is so hot and humid. Feels like I am doing hot yoga when I stretch 😅 biggest challenge is trying to work, train and stay sane whilst being away on my own with my son! Wish me luck I can figure it out🍀 any summer plans guys ? X

Arrived in Canada ! Very jet lagged. woke up at 3am! 😅 Did some chest stand practice at 5:30am 😃Have a lovely weekend ❤️

Had such an amazing time at the Align weekend ! This was the first of a very intimate training experience for Align members and it couldn’t have been more special. 😍 We trained contortion, explored deep backbends, relaxed in the Spa and went to Wagamama (my fav) haha 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✨❤️
So lovely to connect in person with you guys! Definitely this special Align training weekend will be the first of many ✨
