Feels so good to be back training after a little break! ✨💕 Promised myself to do back bends, chest stands or forearm stands (and if I dare hand stands) every day for the rest of the month. Ocktober gonna be my self care/me time month 💯🦾🪖🎖️

The good news: i finally touched down in the front splits on the left side and i managed to grab my foot with both hands on the left!
For the right; a little less exstention then normal. I should keep up my needle training more!
Also I did my best for a halloweenie outfit hehehe.
