Hiii!
Caught up on the needle today!
The good news: i finally touched down in the front splits on the left side and i managed to grab my foot with both hands on the left!
For the right; a little less exstention then normal. I should keep up my needle training more!
Also I did my best for a halloweenie outfit hehehe.

Thanks a lot for talking about this! I resonate with this a lot. I am hyper sensitive to anything especially other people and their energy. I've spent my life building walls around me and have been trying to break some down in the past few years. I struggle especially with romantic relationships still, and try not to project my past expweriences too much and keep an open mind. It is very hard haha. Thanks for your amazing videos xxx

I will try actually!! I was really hyper fixated on my chest not being on the floor for that one! I did feel like more pressure on the back but i can hold it. With the wheel it worked perfectly fine! Just the one with the hands to the side. Maybe i will also try that one with out the blocks. I will play around a bit!! Thanks!! Xxx

Hi friends!!
So today is day 7, the final day of my suggestions!
I used to hate stretching my pancake or anything with straddles/middelsplits (really tight abductors). But I have come to love it more and more! I actually find it relaxing now!
So I wanted my last suggestion to be a pancake stretch!
And a little shoulder stretch, I usually love a combo class!!

Hello lovelies!
I hope you all had a wonderful start into thr weekend!
So my flexibility journey started maybe a half year after I started Pole. I could not stand how my splits in the pole looked like let alone the front split on the floor.
All I wanted to do is drop splits haha.
So for today one of my go to classes for the front splits! I like a short class because I usually have no excuse to not get my splits in at least 3x a week.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!
