Trying to keep my hips square and just trying to engage everything and watching my alignment! I feel I am making progress!

Also added some foam roller assisted splits. This is the challenging side. I like to use the foam roller because the distance between the floor gives me more space to square

Day 1 is done. Just fighting for active legs and square hips in these. And not opening them. Curious where my left side will be at the end of those 21 days haha
