Hiii!
Caught up on the needle today!
The good news: i finally touched down in the front splits on the left side and i managed to grab my foot with both hands on the left!
For the right; a little less exstention then normal. I should keep up my needle training more!
Also I did my best for a halloweenie outfit hehehe.

Hi friends!!
So today is day 7, the final day of my suggestions!
I used to hate stretching my pancake or anything with straddles/middelsplits (really tight abductors). But I have come to love it more and more! I actually find it relaxing now!
So I wanted my last suggestion to be a pancake stretch!
And a little shoulder stretch, I usually love a combo class!!
Enjoy your pancake this sunday ππ

Hello lovelies!
I hope you all had a wonderful start into thr weekend!
So my flexibility journey started maybe a half year after I started Pole. I could not stand how my splits in the pole looked like let alone the front split on the floor.
All I wanted to do is drop splits haha.
So for today one of my go to classes for the front splits! I like a short class because I usually have no excuse to not get my splits in at least 3x a week.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

Hello lovelies!!
Day 5 of my suggestions!
Today my favourite needle video!! This one always leaves me in a puddle of sweat but so happy afterwards π₯°
If I can I also like squeezing in a set of splits before the needle!
This is one of the videos I did quite a bit when I started on Align π₯°
Happy Friday!!

Hi all!
For day four one of my favourite videos for the middle splits π€Έπ»ββοΈ
Until recently I have been quite anxious about training my middle splits, but with this class I am slowly but surely getting closer to the ground!
I love a shorter class too as I can do them after work or training still!
Also, gotta love the ducks π
Enjoy xxx

Hi lovelies!!
Todays class suggestion is an amazing stretch for the glutes!
This class got me into my front split more comfortably and helped me to get my oversplits!
As I have pelvic pains and problems my glutes also tend to be very tight, stretching them really gives me pain relief in my glutes and lowerback.
I always forgot to stretch them but am so happy I do now π
Enjoy!! ππ

Hi All,
Welcome to day 2 π€©π
Today for some backbends π I love a good backbend!
My back has always been fairly flexy, but my shoulders.. not so much! After a couple of years of martial arts training, and no shoulder stretching, I ended up at the fysio and was ready and aware to stretch those shoulders π€©
The class below helped me to reach my first bendy goal which was to fully extend my arms in a bridge π
Enjoy xxx

Hello my flexy friends!
This week I will give you my suggestions for the 'class of the day'
Today we discussed about mental well beimg in the accountability meeting. One of my favourite coping strategies is yin yoga.
So I thought it would be nice to start the week with one of my all time favourites!
After the class 'yin hips' I always feel calm, centered and just so relieved π©·
Enjoy! I recommend having pillows and a cup of tea handy π
Lots of love xx

Hi guys!! Back with a forearm stand!!
Although I haven't managed to do a forearmstand/handstand as much as I like i feel more safe in kicking up! I even get some hovers.
Does anyone of you ever rage train? π
today a substitute aerial hoop teacher kept going on how my back wasnt flexy/ strong enough to try a certain move (i asked her for some cues because i sometimes have a hard time engaging the correct muscles, especially upside down and she just kept going on about how my back wasnt strong and flexy enough). Which really kind off triggered me.
Anyway I got home and rage trained my back and forearm stands.
Sorry for the rant and the bad angles!! Really do feel my forearm stand is getting stronger and i start to engage better!!
