Hi friends!
Friday and today I did forearm stands and I even stacked some chest stands on top, after some lifting.
Now I am sore haha! But it feels great to do these regularly.
I want to ask you all for some tips on the cheststand, today I felt like I got deeper aka, I felt more weight on my shoulders/neck, I really felt my whole neck on the mat, not just my chin and I got spooked haha. But I guess that is the correct feeling? How do you control it?
Also anyone else getting matburn from these hahaha
I still have no idea how you get your hips high and over ππ
but I guess I will get there at some point.
