This week I have been stretching slowly but surely into my splits again
With the front splits; right is fine, left is still recovering. I try not to push at all, just trying to get used to the splits stretching again.
Box splits; well the box splits are going good! I seem to have no pain pain (just stretch) at all, and I am becoming more comfortable!
Yay!
