Weekly training program:

Monday: “Cocoon mastery” & “15min booty band” class

Tuesday: “Full body yin” class

Wednesday: “Let go” yin class

Thursday: “Online yoga” & “15min forearmstand” class

Friday/Saturday RESTDAYS

Sunday: “Full body active flexibility” yang class (and planning to do a yin evening class later on before bed time)

Yvonne D. I am really trying my best! 😅 The hardest part has been to get over the upside down fear but I’ve past it now so I can focus on finding more balance.

Valeria R. Ok nice! Yes when it’s hot it’s better to train in the morning or afternoon. You inspired me to take my traing outside aswell! Here in Sweden the weather has got a little cooler we also had a hot period in June 🌡️
