Monday: “Cocoon mastery” & “15min booty band” class
Tuesday: “Full body yin” class
Wednesday: “Let go” yin class
Thursday: “Online yoga” & “15min forearmstand” class
Friday/Saturday RESTDAYS
Sunday: “Full body active flexibility” yang class (and planning to do a yin evening class later on before bed time)
