Had such an amazing time at the Align weekend ! This was the first of a very intimate training experience for Align members and it couldnβt have been more special. π We trained contortion, explored deep backbends, relaxed in the Spa and went to Wagamama (my fav) haha π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώβ¨β€οΈ
