Hi All,
Welcome to day 2 πŸ€©πŸ’–
Today for some backbends πŸ’– I love a good backbend!
My back has always been fairly flexy, but my shoulders.. not so much! After a couple of years of martial arts training, and no shoulder stretching, I ended up at the fysio and was ready and aware to stretch those shoulders 🀩
The class below helped me to reach my first bendy goal which was to fully extend my arms in a bridge πŸ’–
