Day 1 β
 Box splits with Yoga wheel 
Day 2 β
 Live session | Booty Band & hip openers with yoga wheel. 
Day 3 β
 Meditation for body confidence & my number 1 secret for Box splits.
Day 4 β
 15 minutes Booty band + Box splits blast.

              Here is my straddle before stretching . I never thought I would be capable to get my Box Splits! My body proved me wrong π where are you with your splits ?
