Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x ✨November community challenge ✨Ever find it hard to focus? Hello my flexy friends!
This week I will give you my suggestions for the 'class of the day'
Today we discussed about mental well beimg in the accountability meeting. One of my favourite coping strategies is yin yoga.
So I thought it would be nice to start the week with one of my all time favourites!
After the class 'yin hips' I always feel calm, centered and just so relieved 🩷
Enjoy! I recommend having pillows and a cup of tea handy 👌

Hi All,
Welcome to day 2 🤩💖
Today for some backbends 💖 I love a good backbend!
My back has always been fairly flexy, but my shoulders.. not so much! After a couple of years of martial arts training, and no shoulder stretching, I ended up at the fysio and was ready and aware to stretch those shoulders 🤩
The class below helped me to reach my first bendy goal which was to fully extend my arms in a bridge 💖

Not stretching related but had so much fun this morning doing a ninja warrior activity course🤸🏻🥷🖤My dad did it with us too, he was able to do all the obstacles💪🏻😀
