Day 7 class of the day ! ! This class is a fave I keep coming back too 🩷

Feet to head cobra is class of the day 6 , I’ve been working on this one and I want it so badly, not there yet but with help from this class I’m getting closer 🩷

Today's flow was just what I needed! Felicity you are a goddess!!🤩 👠

Class of day five 15 min king pigeon this class was my fave on my first days of the platform it’s short but intense and you feel like you worked for every min of the class in the shortest time 🩷

I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.
I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”
I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted!
I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now!
It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x

Class of the day day 1 is bop practice, love this video it’s how I found out about align & I go back to this vid time and time again ❤️

Day 2 class of the day is upper back secrets its surroundings are perfect and it’s a short 21 min class , just perfect when you wanna get a nice upper back stretch and dream your somewhere else 🌅☀️🌞🏝️

It can be hard to say goodbye to once favourite clothes though!
