Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x ✨November community challenge ✨Ever find it hard to focus? Day 1: my favorite class is “twisty pancakes 🥞 “ - spinal twist has always been difficult for me and has limited me for everything from square front splits to backbends and binds. This class is so relaxing to me now and the pose is so beautiful 😻.

Day 4: Favorite class of course is the one I asked for “A Mermaid can’t do straddle bangs” - chest off the floor straddle bangs has been a goal of mine since I started pole and this class will definitely help you get there.

Day 2: favorite class is Journey towards lotus 🪷. My glutes are chronically tight and this class is the perfect fix. I love this one before I train middle splits or pancakes as well. This has been a staple in my training

Today's practice🤗 i haven't had that much power today, i also felt a bit ill. But before the end of our short vacation i asked Mum to train once more. In the end I was about to try if i can scorpion but i'm still scared. And decided to fall 😅 but the day will come☺️🩷

Super excited to announce that we have a Guest student sharing her class favourites for a week starting on Monday 🙌💕 Rachel Carroll (just turned 33) is one of the most dedicated students I’ve ever encountered!
She has been training with me since 2020 and has been an Align member since I first launched the platform nearly 4 years ago.
She works from home full time & usually does 1 Align class before she starts work and another on her lunch break 👌🏻
P.S Her bendy back is to die for !😻🫶🏼
