Hello everyone ! I am so excited , this is my first ever cocoon β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ I have been stretching my shoulders, back and chest vigorously these past few months. My favorite align videos are the ones that stretch shoulders, I find them the best thing before or after my pole sessions. I will keep on stretching to make this better and hopefully my second hand will reach my foot one day !
This challenge is soo amazing!!!! I'm over the moon with the improvement in such short amount of time!!! πππ It felt so much better today, I've felt more comfortable in my "splits" than on Monday. I did rest yesterday so I completed today's class with the optional glute session from yesterday. So excited to keep going!! You're amazing, Felicity!!!

I have been on and off struggling with my mental health, but its getting better. Stretching is my moment of peace!
Super happy with my middles progress, and I feel like i can practice my front splits without tooooo much pain.
