Felicity Bambi doll ok thanks, will try it with interlaced hand behind my back next time. Yes maybe stretching the lower back would help, can you suggest any good videos for that?
Already using the spatchcock related videos to train.

Felicity Bambi doll this is what my pancake looks like. I am pretty near to the floor the only thing is that my belly isn't touching the floor yet.

I have a photo shooting coming up on the 21. September amd I would be so happy if I would achieve the spatchcock until then.

Do you feel like it is achievable in this amount of time?

Friday the 29. of march is the last live session for this challenge right? Are you going to do a new challenge with live sessions in April?

If we do a straddle with knees up is it better to come down to the floor with the hips even though they are falling back or should we stay more in the air and keep hips aligned with the feet?
