I feel like I am afraid to be in the air because my body kind of doesn‘t know what its supposed to do up there 🤣😅
So I am working more with the wall to try to find that point to balance

Because I was soooo afraid of falling I decided to learn to fall and I feel like that helps a lot 💃☺️

Even though I didn’t manage my handstand today I had an improvement in my backbend which felt really good.
Doesn‘t feel as unnatural as it used to be 🎉

Day ???
Did it on Wednesday but forgot to post it.
It was a very bad day and I felt awful and thought lets train a little maybe this helps to cheer up but instead the forearmstand and the handstand didn‘t work at all and I was thinking about giving up all the handstand/ forearmstand training 😅🥶
So the first picture is a handstand with one arm on the pole and one arm on the floor which is something I CAN do 🤣🤣🤣
Second is my very bad attempt at the forearmstand 🥶
