Felicity Bambi doll I would seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE a backbend one similar to this. Maybe like 30 minutes or less instead of 20 because its backbend? This was my first align challenge and the short time was really motivating and removed the barrier of time. I appreciate all of the work you put into it Felicity!

I really enjoyed the short format classes! It felt less overwhelming to be consistent. I hope you do this with other body areas!
