Week 1. 👻CHEST STANDS!
See you guys tomorrow (Friday 10:30am UK time)
We will work on ;
✅ Neck stretches
✅ Upper back activation
✅ Deepening the backbend
✅ Chest stand drills for all levels
✅ Breathing techniques

📚 Homework : If you have time please do the neck stretching class before tomorrow. It’s less than 10 minutes !

Join us this month for CREEPY flexibility where we will do work on chest stands , needle scales , splits and scorpions 🎃

Weekly homework will be given on the community tab to compliment each live class goal 📚 💀

Rebecca has been an Align member for 1.5 years and this week she is going to be sharing her favourite classes that have helped her so much mentally and physically !

Here is what she says;

‘After half a year of poledancing I decided I HAD to get my splits to become 'good' at poledancing. I did not like stretching my hips and i did not even know I was supposed to stretch my shoulders 😅 I had no consistency and I pushed myself too much. I wasn't progressing, I would get frustrated and stop. It was a negative cycle.’ Then I started to really listen to Felicity’s words. To enjoy the practice. To relax.
No matter the outcome. Not only did I get my front splits and took my backbends to the next level, more importantly I enjoy my practice. It has become selfcare.
