Treated myself to some new pole boots today. I ordered two pairs of pole shoes from pole junkie and they never arrived 🥹 things always get lost here 😖 So made up for it with some new boots I found here 🥰 surprised I found them here !

Who has some thigh high boots??. It’s so easy and fun to stick on the pole with them 😍

We have the beautiful Katarina covering Fridays live session this week 😌 She will be doing a Backbend yoga flow with sun salutations and heart opening backbends ❤️ Don’t miss it!

I had a bad cold last week 🤧 so didn’t do any training just the live class and my performances as I didn’t want to over do it but it did give me some time to think about something else ….. 💭 So I have been thinking about hosting an Align retreat this year in October in Gran Canaria! 🌴who would be interested?

Soo grateful and pleased that I am now doing regular shows here now !😍 I had missed performing and it has been challenging the past few years for me to not perform much as it was such a huge part of my life for so long 🙏🏻 (and yes can be a little challenging pole dancing in the sun, I need a lot of dry hands !)
