Im 2 days late joining the forearm stand/handstand challenge but better late than never😅I had been feeling exhausted after a very busy week at work but found some energy today🖤🤸🏻Also to add that I had wrist surgery earlier this year, so feeling very proud of getting my handstands strength back 💪🏻its been a long journey of recovery for me this year - which has been really tough both mentally & physically🥲

Day 6 of my favourite classes is - “Stretches for the Janeiro”. I love doing this class for a full body stretch & I usually do some bridges & forearm stands after this class because my back feels nice & warmed up🧘🏻‍♀️
