Cheststand practice from the other day π Feeling a lot better with the blocks under my shoulders but the chest still doesn't touch the floor. Work in progress.
Forearm stands are a bit too scary to me still but tried this scorpion handstand today for the first time and managed to hold it for maybe 3 seconds without touching the wall. Thank you for the amazing challenge and all the inspiration! π₯° #21dayflexystandchallenge
