I realised that I am leaving for Italy in just over a week! Suddenly the time went fast and I don’t even have my costume or routine for my guest show at a competition I am judging. Some things never change that’s why I usually freestyle 😂 I am a very last minute girl . 🥺 can you guys help me with my show 🙈I will post some costume ideas soon and you can help me pick ! Got my butt back to pole training! I was exhausted after doing this trick a million times. Trying to get it solid and clean for my next show . I fell asleep on the yoga mat in the studio after (not joking !) 🙈Have you guys tried this split ?it’s pretty tricky 😬

Back in London ! At my friends house who has the most adoreable hairless sphinx cats 🐈😍the flight back from Thailand was pretty long and tough 😩 I have developed a fear of flying out of nowhere and I had severe anxiety most of the way which was hard to deal with . (Need to do some work around this) so happy to be back on land 😎 sending lots of love from London 🇬🇧
