Decided to change it up and do a forearm stand as Iβve been prioritising handstand scorpions during this challenge as I really want to do one on stage with heels !π π¦
(Also I was scared to fall in the water ) π€£
Day 11βοΈ Hey beautiful ladies! This variation helps me open my chest as much as I can and push better from the shoulders! The pole helps because I push with my head!πΉβ¨
