Hiiii!!

It was so much fun to finally join the live today!

I loved the class!! Yesterday I got my body cracked by my fysio (my left hip is tilted and very much stuck) and I usually work out in the evenings so I was on my peak energy this morning hahahaa!!! But actually loved being a bit earlier with training then usual.

No handstand kick ups for me today - you are right Felicity it's a mental block. I have it with everything. Even if I get in the pose sometimes I freak out and have to get out again straight away! Anyway, my forearmstand kick ups - a lot more solid now! Practice is the cure hehe 💝
Awkward angle handstands, but no energy to recapture hahaha

Even though I didn’t manage my handstand today I had an improvement in my backbend which felt really good.
Doesn‘t feel as unnatural as it used to be 🎉

Did it on Wednesday but forgot to post it.
It was a very bad day and I felt awful and thought lets train a little maybe this helps to cheer up but instead the forearmstand and the handstand didn‘t work at all and I was thinking about giving up all the handstand/ forearmstand training 😅🥶
So the first picture is a handstand with one arm on the pole and one arm on the floor which is something I CAN do 🤣🤣🤣
Second is my very bad attempt at the forearmstand 🥶
