Hii! Here is day 4!
The last pick is more or less how i feel trying to get my forearm stand 😆
I felt more strong today although it was a tough day because my cat had to go to the vet ( he is feeling much better now!!).
Still def cant find my balancing point. I think i will try with the sofa tomorrow. I am doing my best to keep my lower back in check but it feels like it just wants to flop around haha.
Anyway! I trained! Yay! ❤️✨️

Im 2 days late joining the forearm stand/handstand challenge but better late than never😅I had been feeling exhausted after a very busy week at work but found some energy today🖤🤸🏻Also to add that I had wrist surgery earlier this year, so feeling very proud of getting my handstands strength back 💪🏻its been a long journey of recovery for me this year - which has been really tough both mentally & physically🥲

Because I wont make it everyday with a warm up and I don‘t want to insure anything more than I already did I decided to do my hamdstands when I do a training day anyway probably 3 or 4 times a week ☺️
