Here is some things to note 📝 Each week there will be a 15 minutes guided meditation that will correspond with the weekly intention. Please listen 4 x a week minimum ( for best results listen everyday) 🧘♀️ Live sessions are every Friday at 10:30am (recordings available after ) Please take a photo each day with a brief comment or sentence about how you felt during and after your training so we can monitor our progress, emotions and mindset ✨Post your photo on here or the Facebook group , tag @alignwithfelicity on instagramI will be posting on here with updates! Hey everyone just letting you know that the recording from the last live session will be up tomorrow . Sorry it’s late I have been away in Tenerife in this week doing a show and the WiFi in the place I am staying seems to be not sufficient and it keeps crashing every time I try to upload it 😣I’ve tried about 100 times 🙄So will need to it when I am home tomorrow at lunch time .
