Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! Hello Guys!

Let me share what I celebrate today: no matter what, we go on! Working on fears...
As i mentioned on our last meeting my Mum super scared of my trainings. Even if she is just watching. Although she is my biggest support always and ever! I know very well how much she is terrified of handstands and any acrobatic stuff. So today I've asked her for helping and work together on our fears. She understood that her fear can block me as well. I don't lie if i say this training was in my top5 trainings in my whole life! So magical. First times i fell, she was crying :D Than with her assistance i was able to switch off my automatic reflex to fall and in the end i entered by myself. She just put her hands but didn't touch. Than I asked to hold my hip to try to bend the leg. And also in the end she cried just a little bit and both of us reliefed so much <3

Thank you Felicity for giving homework as well and for the chance to work on skills everywhere even without pole! Try to attach video, if i can not, here are some pics.

Hi all!!
I haven't had the chance yet to try the scorpion on the pole yet, I will tomorrow, but I had a go at it at my friends.
In the second photo she was spotting me (I made her the catsuit she is wearing and in return she is helping me with arm balances haha). I did the forbidden thing though - I did not warm up my back very well 🫥
The second try I could hold it for a second myself. I have this issue where my elbows always keep splaying out (also with forearm bridge for example). I'm not sure how to keep them from doing that - is it a shoulder mobility thing?
Can't wait to try on the pole! (With a properly warmed up back ofcourse!!)

Hello all!
I'm happy to be the first abd share experiences🤭 those of you who participated in last Accountability meeting, you already know i'm not just scared from handstands but dread. I'm really terrified...
But after some falling doen and maybe hundred of handwashing i completed (i don't joke i was my hands more times than when i do tricks. My hands are sweating so much because of scare...)
So in the end i got the Stag. Scorpio i didn't plan to do for first. However it almost happened but just because i can not control because of scare 😅
Felicity could you check on the position of my shoulder on the pole? I just noticed on the recording it's getting to the front of the pole. I tried to keep it after i saw but there has not been more power for today.
Somewhy I csn not attach video but try with a videocapture.

Im 2 days late joining the forearm stand/handstand challenge but better late than never😅I had been feeling exhausted after a very busy week at work but found some energy today🖤🤸🏻Also to add that I had wrist surgery earlier this year, so feeling very proud of getting my handstands strength back 💪🏻its been a long journey of recovery for me this year - which has been really tough both mentally & physically🥲

Because I wont make it everyday with a warm up and I don‘t want to insure anything more than I already did I decided to do my hamdstands when I do a training day anyway probably 3 or 4 times a week ☺️
