❤️Meet the incredible Vessy who joined Align in autumn last year. ❤️

"I wanted to really scale up my pole both in terms of lines and in terms of accessing some tricks I hadn't been able to because of flexibility," Vessy explains.

"What I found is that I love the app and the classes for actually connecting with myself and seeing improvement in consistency."

I try to do two handstands or forearm stands every training as I want to be consistent but anymore than that feels too much as I want to pole! 😀

Joanne loves the Align videos and claims that she always feels so grounded and good afterwards.

A great bonus that Align offers is that there are different lengths of classes to fit any schedule. 🩷
