Had to heat up the room today after having -23 degrees celsius (-9,4 degrees Fahrenheit) this night, and it was freezing inside 😅

Day 2 flexy pole star challenge (my daughter did it with me again she’s out of frame. Had to take the neck brace off for the arm bind. lol 😆)
