Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x ✨November community challenge ✨Ever find it hard to focus? When your space is clear, you’re free to move, breathe, and connect with yourself without distractions. How to Take Part in the Challenge? Day 1: Get rid of 1 item you don’t need. Day 2: Get rid of 2 items. Day 3: 3 items... and so on. Feels so good to be back training after a little break! ✨💕 Promised myself to do back bends, chest stands or forearm stands (and if I dare hand stands) every day for the rest of the month. Ocktober gonna be my self care/me time month 💯🦾🪖🎖️

Hiii!
Caught up on the needle today!
The good news: i finally touched down in the front splits on the left side and i managed to grab my foot with both hands on the left!
For the right; a little less exstention then normal. I should keep up my needle training more!
Also I did my best for a halloweenie outfit hehehe.

Hello Lovely Ladies!
Let me introduce myself. I'm Sofia, (@sofiaexoticflow) from Hungary, live in Budapest.💄 I started poledance in 2014 dec. However I started to teach it in 2017 very soon I recognised Exotic is my way, especially Flow style. 🌊Poledance is a lifestyle for me since my very first step. It has teached me so many things, for example
✨️humility,
✨️persistence and
✨️relationship with my body.
I already had flat frontsplits and a bendy back when I met Felicity accidentally, but I joined to Align in 2023 spring and from that moment on I take Align with me everywhere!💫 I have discovered new abilities of my body. I've been working on my self-help for so long and to be honest, meditation is not my style. But I looove this short meditations, the Holistic split challange is one of my favourites ever! I'm so grateful for Felicity and for Align for showing me a path to discover and focus invert on different way as i tried it before!🪷
Also it's always a pleasure to see you in person hope to train again soon! Until than keep amazing work!💖

I realised that I am leaving for Italy in just over a week! Suddenly the time went fast and I don’t even have my costume or routine for my guest show at a competition I am judging. Some things never change that’s why I usually freestyle 😂 I am a very last minute girl . 🥺 can you guys help me with my show 🙈I will post some costume ideas soon and you can help me pick !
