Hi all, unfortunately Felicity is without electricity and wifi this evening due to the issues in Spain😫😭 - so this evenings accountability group wont be able to go ahead.

Hi lovelies!
I had some time to train by myself yesterday ad decided to practice some moves from the platform and thought to share!
The video is the twisty bendy Allegra combo and I tried some other moves aswell.
Going to make these moves mine and try them on a higher pole soon!
My warm up was the preparing for bendy tricks vid!
