As much as I've been enjoying back on track, some things are just a bit too hard for me right now so I've decided to go onto more beginner classes today. Get little session.

Stretch and feel amazing! (beginners)

Open the body, relieve tight muscles and feel amazing! stretching is so therapeutic for the mind and body. This class is aimed at beginner level but is always good for more advanced students who want a lighter stretch. Every single day is a gift from the universe.

Not bad of a class considering the disconnect. I'm nowhere close to forearm stands anyways! 😁

Live session 6 REPLAY

PLEASE NOTE: There was a glitch on the app in the last 10 minutes. Apologies :( So the last part is missing. To complete the class please do 2 tiger poses and 3 camel bends and a gentle forward bend to counter stretch. We will do the forearm stands another day this week . Soooo sorry for the inconvenience. We catch up with the extra time this week x
