I I need to stop comparing myself with elite/advanced people and star talking positive about myself and my progress. I always say/think something critical about myself in my own head and out loud.. from now on I’m gonna practice to only allow positive thoughts and words about myself n my progress.. and allowing myself to fail n not to be perfect all the time! ✨💯🌹

I’m gonna start to share with u all what I train to put wind in the fire and to gain motivation from this community to advance learn more and hopefully gain new pole/stretch friends ✨. I’m training mostly from home and recently got into an accident I’m still healing from. Getting stronger by each day. Thanks Felicity for an amazing platform! 🌹
