Class-of-the-day
Monday day 1: First day of the week can feel stressful and challenging with a lot on the agenda. After or before a long day it’s important to recharge. In this ”Front splits 🌺 root chakra” class you get split flexibility, meditation and yoga all in the same class! A calm class with focus on the root chakra to keep us balanced and on track✨
If you don’t have so much time to spend but still want to work on your splits I recommend the 13min. “splits before bed” class before you go to sleep 💤💕

Front splits 🌺 Root Chakra | Live replay

In this live session we work towards Front splits with the awareness of the Root chakra.  I hope you enjoy the class.More about the Root chakra The root chakra, also known as Muladhara in Sanskrit, is the first of the seven main chakras in the body. Located at the base of the spine, it serves as the foundation of our energy system, representing our sense of security, stability, and survival instincts. When the root chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, confident, and connected to the physical world. However, imbalances in this chakra can manifest as feelings of fear, insecurity, and instability. Practices such as meditation, yoga, and grounding exercises can help to activate and balance the root chakra, promoting a sense of safety and well-being.For more information on the Root chakra and the chakra system click the resources tab below to download your FREE PDF
