Thank you, Felicity. I did this class awhile back and remember it as one of the best wheel classes Iβve ever done. Today, my body was so sore and tired for an intense upper body workout I did yesterday, that I decided to complete the class through the hip flexor stretches without going further. I did the hip flexor section 3 times, and then did some twists to end. Feeling so nice in my hips now!
