Thank you, Felicity. This class was emotionally challenging for me, as I felt panicked several times. I gave myself permission to come out of the stretch whenever I felt emotionally overwhelmed, but mostly I was able to stay, breathe, and tell myself, “I am safe.” Thank you for providing a safe space for me to feel the fear and work through it.
