Hi everyone!
This may seem like a strange question, but is anyone aware of any videos that require less from the wrists? I’m currently recovering from ganglion cyst surgical removal, and want to focus back on my flexibility training. Naturally, I can’t flex/extend or put weight through my dominant wrist at the moment. Any guidance or signposting would be super helpful!

I have a flexible lower back, but my upper back is more tense. It sounds silly, but I find it so difficult to stop my upper back rounding in these positions! Would you recommend to incorporate more upper back stretching from your other videos to help? :)
