Yes this so so relatable - also I think it’s good to adapt as sometimes I’m not feeling bendy so I do some strength / pole conditioning instead.

I think it’s doing something for me - even if it’s less than an hour as I always feel great afterwards 🩷πŸ’ͺ🏼
