Just completed Day 12 - 15 minutes booty band and PNF stretches for box splits π

Day 6 done, caught up with the live session today. My pancake is already better, I can comfortably get my elbows and forearms flat on the floor now π. I will be doing the meditation before I go to bed tonight.
