Day 6 done, caught up with the live session today. My pancake is already better, I can comfortably get my elbows and forearms flat on the floor now 😊. I will be doing the meditation before I go to bed tonight.

Done. I definitely feel very tense and I do 'hold' myself when I'm in my box split (I'm not at all flat in it yet) I'm trying to hold my weight in my upper body I think so as not to put it all on my hips and legs, and go too deep too quickly. I think past injury on my left hamstring has something to do with it mentally for me. I think trying a soft prop to hold onto like the suggested pillows will be worth a try.

It was great, I really enjoyed it. Definitely a little wobbly with the wheel in some poses, but I will hopefully get better with that as the challenge progresses.
