Done. My hamstrings were really sore yesterday from my gym session on Wednesday, still a bit sore today. This was the perfect class to gently stretch them out.

Awww thankyou so much! I'm really trying to be as consistent as I can with it and keep up with stretching my front splits as well 😊

Done. I definitely feel very tense and I do 'hold' myself when I'm in my box split (I'm not at all flat in it yet) I'm trying to hold my weight in my upper body I think so as not to put it all on my hips and legs, and go too deep too quickly. I think past injury on my left hamstring has something to do with it mentally for me. I think trying a soft prop to hold onto like the suggested pillows will be worth a try.
