Awesome! Iโ€™m happy you are trying these too! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป yes elbows splaying out is usually lack or engagement in the muscles around the shoulders and upper back. So lots of shoulder warm up and stretch prior can help . You can also hold onto a block or put a band around your upper arm to help with alignment ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Your almost there ! You did find the balance for a few seconds which is great. Keep repeating it . Do what feels good for your shoulder in terms of positions and make sure you are pulling up loads with that top hand . Your right itโ€™s not easy. Your song great ! Make sure you do a good hamstring stretch before to get the hips high and legs not so far. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโœจwell done ๐ŸŒ™

Go girl ! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’•so proud of you for facing your fears! It looks excellent. So I would say itโ€™s a little in front yeah but if you are able to balance and hold on this way then it shouldnโ€™t be too much of a problem. Well done !!
