Rachel has been training with Align since 2020 and has been an Align member since the very beginning, nearly 4 years ago. Her commitment to her flexibility journey is truly inspiring. At 33 years old, she balances a full-time work-from-home schedule while prioritizing her practice, starting her day with an Align class before work and squeezing in another on her lunch break.
She calls the classes “life-changing”—proof that consistency and dedication make all the difference! 🌿✨

The glamping tents are super cozy and cute and there is a lovely heated swimming pool and yoga shala. Their is also a camp fire for us to do our rituals.

The weather will be around 26/ 27 degrees sometimes even hotter in October 🤗🌙 ☀️

Treated myself to some new pole boots today. I ordered two pairs of pole shoes from pole junkie and they never arrived 🥹 things always get lost here 😖 So made up for it with some new boots I found here 🥰 surprised I found them here !

Who has some thigh high boots??. It’s so easy and fun to stick on the pole with them 😍

We have the beautiful Katarina covering Fridays live session this week 😌 She will be doing a Backbend yoga flow with sun salutations and heart opening backbends ❤️ Don’t miss it!
