Hey Goddesses 💕🌙 Part 1 of the monthly combo is up on the platform! In this tutorial we are doing pole assisted forearm Scorpion. I recommend that if you are new to forearm stands to visit a forearm stand class on the platform  to get your body used to trying the position. Today's class will give you a really great full body stretch in 30 minutes 😍 It can also be  a warm up for a sexy pole session as we focus on flowing through movements while we stretch. It is a unique class on the platform and had a lot of great feedback. Try to stay present throughout the class by keep returning to the breath. Excited to announce that I will be teaching you all a Monthly sexy Floorwork combo . I will break down a different element of the combo each week so that it becomes digestible and then we will put it all together by the end of the month. I will provide different modifications so this will be open level. Perhaps you want to work on the entire combo or maybe there is just one element you want to focus on.
