Goal setting for 2024| Recap| 🎊

In this video I recap briefly what we went over today in the accountability group for those who couldn't attend live. In the session the focus was setting goals for 2024. Here are the steps we covered;(It is helpful to write these answers in a note book)What are your top 3 training goals for 2024?🎉What is your 'Why'? Why is achieving these goals a MUST? Attach emotion to your purpose. The reason must be strong enough for you to follow through no matter what!How will you achieve these goals? What will you commit to doing thats different to what you have done before ?Can you visualise your goals being realised? Seeing yourself clearly and brightly achieving your goals will bring them closer to reality.Lastly... Write down your goals on a piece of paper and stick them in a visible place you see EVERY DAY! Read them daily!

Little snap shot of today’s Accountability meet up ☕️(apart from Claire who had to leave early) it was soooo lovely to connect with everyone . I feel super inspired for 2024 now!💕🙏🏻 I will be uploading a short goal setting video later to outline what we were talking about for those who missed it. Perhaps next meeting at the end of January I will record the session . Happy New Year all 🎉
