Week 1 schedule 💜💪🏼
Day 1 ✅ Box splits with Yoga wheel
Day 2 ✅ Live session | Booty Band & hip openers with yoga wheel.
Day 3 ✅ Meditation for body confidence & my number 1 secret for Box splits.
Day 4 ✅ 15 minutes Booty band + Box splits blast.

Today I woke up very anxious with a crazy active mind. I felt like there was just too many things to do and not enough time. I seemed to have forgotton I am not a machine…. or a robot!🤖 Felt much better after training ! Is training your happy place ? 😍
