In less than 20 minutes this class trains front splits through mindful movement and breath, gently targeting the hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, and inner thighs , allowing the body to open gradually in a short space of time. Hope you enjoy this session! In this class we hold the poses for several minutes so the stretches become almost like meditation 🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga stretches deep within the facia and is traditionally done with no warm up .😍
