I had this exact same surgery last January 2024, hope you are doing well! I found the recovery SO painful and very tough mentally not being able to use my hand to put on socks or wash my hairπ« π! My biggest recommendation is going to a good physio as soon as you recover from the initial surgery. That really helped in strengthening my wrist.
I would recommend any of Felicityβs hips classes as they dont have leaning on the wrist, upper back classes, her miracle morning series were great too I remember. Full body stretch classes are good too and just skip any poses leaning on your wrist.
