Hello everyone ! I am so excited , this is my first ever cocoon ♥️♥️♥️ I have been stretching my shoulders, back and chest vigorously these past few months. My favorite align videos are the ones that stretch shoulders, I find them the best thing before or after my pole sessions. I will keep on stretching to make this better and hopefully my second hand will reach my foot one day !

I think it’s called Rambutan. I love eating fruit in Thailand ❤️I usually eat mangoes, pineapples and papayas when I visit . I don’t eat durian 😝hope you are having a great time ❤️❤️❤️Thailand is the best 🦋
