Super happy with my middles progress, and I feel like i can practice my front splits without tooooo much pain.

Session 2 🦋 in this session you will open your hips and try work towards all the splits in just 20 minutes. Yes it’s possible to practice splits in a shorter space of time if you are focused and relaxed 😌 Remember you always have the option to do more repetitions of your body agrees ❤️🙏🏻
