Just a little middle splits footage! I also managed to figure out the swim through!

When I am with my chest to the floor my hips are not completely flat yet, but I am well on my way!

Mine is:
✅ pole practice: 3 days (including stretching)
✅ gym : 3 days (stretch after for 15-20 minutes )
✅ one focused backend stretch session
✅ Meditation every day!

My favourite is this Grounding meditation with imagery of waves and standing strong and serene amidst life’s challenges. 🌊

Do you have any nemesis tricks? Comment below 💗 Janeiro used to be my nemesis but over time it has improved and become more consistent. It still wipes me out though! Tiring! 😮‍💨

Over the last few days I used the "Janeiro Series" and the "Stretches For Janeiro" and I saw some improvements! #workinprogress 💪

Have you tried this class / series? Recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tuesday above, Sunday below. First week. Front splits was something I never thought would be possible for me, happy to already see some progress. And most importantly, I have made progress in my mind, I now believe it is possible 🙏❤️🙌
