Finished day 5 yesterday.
Even though I am behind and I did only two trainings last week because I want my body to adapt to more training to avoid insuries (donβt want more π€£π«£) I feel like I got closer to the floor than in the beginning π

Day 6 done, caught up with the live session today. My pancake is already better, I can comfortably get my elbows and forearms flat on the floor now π. I will be doing the meditation before I go to bed tonight.
