Treated myself to some new pole boots today. I ordered two pairs of pole shoes from pole junkie and they never arrived 🥹 things always get lost here 😖 So made up for it with some new boots I found here 🥰 surprised I found them here !

The glamping tents are super cozy and cute and there is a lovely heated swimming pool and yoga shala. Their is also a camp fire for us to do our rituals.
The weather will be around 26/ 27 degrees sometimes even hotter in October 🤗🌙 ☀️

Hi my flexy friends!
So I really thought I figured inverted eagle out here, until I realised that I was in my outside leghang 😆 (was practicing cherry ribbon).
As I managed to pop my pelvis out of place again by existing, (thanks to my amazing chiropractor I am doing MUCH better) this months backbends really come at the right time, once again!
Who knows I might make it into inverted eagle soon!! 🥹💋


We have the beautiful Katarina covering Fridays live session this week 😌 She will be doing a Backbend yoga flow with sun salutations and heart opening backbends ❤️ Don’t miss it!

This may seem like a strange question, but is anyone aware of any videos that require less from the wrists? I’m currently recovering from ganglion cyst surgical removal, and want to focus back on my flexibility training. Naturally, I can’t flex/extend or put weight through my dominant wrist at the moment. Any guidance or signposting would be super helpful!
