Excited to announce that I will be teaching you all a Monthly sexy Floorwork combo . I will break down a different element of the combo each week so that it becomes digestible and then we will put it all together by the end of the month. I will provide different modifications so this will be open level. Perhaps you want to work on the entire combo or maybe there is just one element you want to focus on. The choice is yours! Today I woke up very anxious with a crazy active mind. I felt like there was just too many things to do and not enough time. I seemed to have forgotton I am not a machine…. or a robot!🤖 Felt much better after training ! Is training your happy place ? 😍
