Today I woke up very anxious with a crazy active mind. I felt like there was just too many things to do and not enough time. I seemed to have forgotton I am not a machine…. or a robot!🤖 Felt much better after training ! Is training your happy place ? 😍

You should be able to get them quite cheap from Amazon or Ali express
Or if anyone else can recommend a store that sells them comment below ⬇️
