Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! Haven’t posted here in a while. I have been too caught up on the flexy stand challenge thread 😀 So I am here in bed with my labtop 🙈 thinking about classes and challenges for next month? Any ideas ? 💡 We haven’t done needle scales in a while ? 💘 xxx

Day 16 ✅ I forgot to do my flexy stand 😬 Just remembered now before bed. My handstand felt like a wobbly disaster because I am sooo tired and my shoulders are fatigued from pole !

Day 9 ✅ Decided to change it up and do a forearm stand as I’ve been prioritising handstand scorpions during this challenge as I really want to do one on stage with heels !👠 🦂

(Also I was scared to fall in the water ) 🤣
