Haven’t posted here in a while. I have been too caught up on the flexy stand challenge thread 😀 So I am here in bed with my labtop 🙈 thinking about classes and challenges for next month? Any ideas ? 💡 We haven’t done needle scales in a while ? 💘 xxx
Day 16 ✅ I forgot to do my flexy stand 😬 Just remembered now before bed. My handstand felt like a wobbly disaster because I am sooo tired and my shoulders are fatigued from pole !

Because I was soooo afraid of falling I decided to learn to fall and I feel like that helps a lot 💃☺️

Day 9 ✅ Decided to change it up and do a forearm stand as I’ve been prioritising handstand scorpions during this challenge as I really want to do one on stage with heels !👠 🦂
(Also I was scared to fall in the water ) 🤣
