Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! Hiiii!!

It was so much fun to finally join the live today!

I loved the class!! Yesterday I got my body cracked by my fysio (my left hip is tilted and very much stuck) and I usually work out in the evenings so I was on my peak energy this morning hahahaa!!! But actually loved being a bit earlier with training then usual.

No handstand kick ups for me today - you are right Felicity it's a mental block. I have it with everything. Even if I get in the pose sometimes I freak out and have to get out again straight away! Anyway, my forearmstand kick ups - a lot more solid now! Practice is the cure hehe 💝
Awkward angle handstands, but no energy to recapture hahaha

Even though I didn’t manage my handstand today I had an improvement in my backbend which felt really good.
Doesn‘t feel as unnatural as it used to be 🎉

Did it on Wednesday but forgot to post it.
It was a very bad day and I felt awful and thought lets train a little maybe this helps to cheer up but instead the forearmstand and the handstand didn‘t work at all and I was thinking about giving up all the handstand/ forearmstand training 😅🥶
So the first picture is a handstand with one arm on the pole and one arm on the floor which is something I CAN do 🤣🤣🤣
Second is my very bad attempt at the forearmstand 🥶

Sunday day 7: This is my in the moment favorite since I’m challenging myself with this task at the moment. It’s called “Forearm stands & bridge kick over” and is a pole combo challenge with Felicitys sexy signature moves.. 🧨💥👠 The combo is in 4 parts classes with a pre stretch class before each and every part.
