I had some time to train by myself yesterday ad decided to practice some moves from the platform and thought to share!
The video is the twisty bendy Allegra combo and I tried some other moves aswell.
Going to make these moves mine and try them on a higher pole soon!

Tuesday above, Sunday below. First week. Front splits was something I never thought would be possible for me, happy to already see some progress. And most importantly, I have made progress in my mind, I now believe it is possible 🙏❤️🙌

This week I have been stretching slowly but surely into my splits again
With the front splits; right is fine, left is still recovering. I try not to push at all, just trying to get used to the splits stretching again.
Box splits; well the box splits are going good! I seem to have no pain pain (just stretch) at all, and I am becoming more comfortable!
