Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x ✨November community challenge ✨Ever find it hard to focus? Hii! Here is day 4!
The last pick is more or less how i feel trying to get my forearm stand 😆

I felt more strong today although it was a tough day because my cat had to go to the vet ( he is feeling much better now!!).

Still def cant find my balancing point. I think i will try with the sofa tomorrow. I am doing my best to keep my lower back in check but it feels like it just wants to flop around haha.
Anyway! I trained! Yay! ❤️✨️

Friday day 5: since I love poledance I want to recommend the “Unleashed the goddess within challenge” there’s a pre stretch before every class were the warmup is created for the tricks of the class. One of my favorites is this class called “Flow and kip (int)” and yes it’s a class that will unleash the goddess within you! 🔥👑💕
